Romney Drops Out Of Presidential Race

Mitt Romney shocked his CPAC audience when he announced that he was dropping out of the Presidential race. Romney said that continuing his uphill battle would hurt the Republican Party.

Romney also said it was a hard decision to make because he hates to lose. He was booed for his decision, but Romney stuck to his guns stating that he entered the race because he loves America and he felt he had to stand aside, for the party and for the country.

Romney’s decision puts McCain closer to getting the Republican nomination. This is now pretty much a two-man race for the Republican nomination. And that says it all.
